Dear Dr. Simon,

I so relate with your response to Naomi. Your comments touch the core of the matter as you speak about maintaining our own center in the presence of negative people... even though that may be a challenge that seems to be unsurpassable at times. Mindfulness practices also contribute to sustain an inner state of balance and centerdness that allow us to interact with the best of ourselves under all situations and circumstances. Through our exchange of energy with others we can potentially have a beneficial impact in each person we encounter. Thank you for sharing in the depths of your understanding.

I like that you separate fate from destiny. There is something to be said for trying to account for the idea that we can sometimes fail to fulfill our destiny.

Dear Dr. Simon,

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us, I was very touched to receive your email. I so commend this openness of spirit, and I agree with Marianne - I too feel this to be another precious nugget of wisdom for my own life. It's a challenge trying to accommodate the comfort levels of so many sweet hearts... by the way mine was tickled pink at your advice for the couple!

Your new book arrived today too from Amazon - so looking forward to reading this :)

My Dearest Dr. Simon,
From this first moment the very first time I had the opportunity to see and hear you speak...I could not believe the amount of Love I felt though your words, gestures and expressions. I felt such a calmness and opening of my own heart. My first response to the women on the call who was so upset was to defend you...although I know you need no defending...I have read about half of the book Nonviolent Communication after returning from "Healing the Heart" and now see the callers comments as a very important lesson. You don't always know where someone is on their journey or what they have experienced in life. I was not offended by your comment and in fact it made since to me. Reading your response was a wonderful way to experience Nonviolent Communication in action. Thank you for the wonderful lesson.

Dear Dr. Simon, From my deepest heart..... I thank you for your mail of today. My Healing the Heart process was crowned by your mail. My intention to attend the workshop was to make a difference for my expected grandchildren. July 5th I was blessed with one grandson, nr. two is due in 2 weeks....... ......I will meet them with the best of awareness at the time...........if I cause them pain...... I´ll ask for forgiveness and I´ll definately reflect on what to learn or what I´ve learned. Your humbleness showed me the way. I love you. Namasté Marianne Pagmar (Stockholm, Sweden)

Dear Dr. Simon,

Thank you for demonstrating reflection and self-awareness. We're all always learning, aren't we? As our guide for Healing the Heart, your words pushed some people's buttons. This is an opportunity for all of us to practice non-judgement, so that we learn to stop judging ourselves.

You're not perfect and neither am I, and I love you anyway.
